Do I need to bring any materials or tools with me to the workshops?
No, you don't need to bring anything with you. We provides all the necessary materials, tools, and equipment for the workshops. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to learn!
How do I get to the studio?
Our studio is located at 388 Carlaw Avenue, Unit 200A. You can easily reach us by public transportation or by car.
If you're using public transit, several bus and streetcar routes have stops nearby.
If you're driving, there is parking available in the vicinity.
What is the level of experience required to participate in the workshops?
Our workshops are designed to accommodate participants of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced crafters.
Our experienced instructors will guide you through the process and provide support based on your individual needs and level of experience.
They will provide comprehensive safety instructions and guide you through the proper usage of equipment. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities!
Can I leave my work-in-progress from a multiple-day workshop at the studio?
Yes, for multiple-day workshops, you can leave your work-in-progress at the studio between sessions. We have designated storage areas where you can securely keep your projects until the next session. Just make sure to label your belongings with your name!
Can I bring my own tools to the workshops if I prefer?
Absolutely! If you have your own tools and feel more comfortable using them, you are welcome to bring them to the workshops. Our instructors will be happy to guide you on how to best utilize your own tools effectively.
What is the refund policy for workshops and classes?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your participation in a workshop or class, we offer a refund if you notify us at least one week before the scheduled class date.
Please note that refunds requested less than one week prior to the class date may not be possible, as materials and instructor arrangements have already been made.
