Hey 👋

Hi, I'm Soroush Lotfahmadi, founder of Toronto Crafts.

After years working as a carpenter, I created Toronto Crafts to give more people the opportunity to experience the satisfaction of making something with their own hands. My goal was to build a welcoming space where Torontonians could learn practical skills, work with authentic materials and explore new creative pursuits, regardless of experience level.

I lead many of our classes and am passionate about helping students build confidence while learning real techniques. Whether you're shaping solid wood, working with genuine leather or crafting with sterling silver, our workshops are designed to make hands-on learning approachable, engaging and rewarding.

I believe creativity plays an important role in a healthy and fulfilling life. That's why we've created an inclusive studio where beginners and experienced makers alike can learn, create and connect through the process of making something meaningful.
