Do participants need any experience?
No experience is required. Our workshops are beginner-friendly and guided by experienced instructors, making them accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
Do you only host corporate team-building events?
Not at all. In addition to corporate offsites and team-building events, we also host birthday parties, bachelor and bachelorette celebrations, client events, and private group gatherings.
Can you come to our office or venue?
Yes. Many of our workshops can be hosted either at our Toronto studio (260 Geary Ave) or brought directly to your workplace or event space.
What's included?
All materials, tools, and expert instruction are included. Simply show up ready to create and enjoy the experience.
How many people can attend?
Workshop capacities vary by experience, with options available for both small groups and larger teams. Generally, we can accommodate 5-20 people. We'll help recommend the best fit for your group.
Can workshops be customized for our group?
Absolutely. We can help tailor the workshop selection and event setup to suit your team, occasion, group size, and goals.
Can I bring my own tools to the workshops if I prefer?
Absolutely! If you have your own tools and feel more comfortable using them, you are welcome to bring them to the workshops. Our instructors will be happy to guide you on how to best utilize your own tools effectively.
What is the refund policy for private events?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your private event, we offer a refund if you notify us at least 10 business days before the scheduled class date.
Please note that refunds requested less than 10 business days prior to the class date may not be possible, as materials and instructor arrangements have already been made.
