These days everyone needs a small tote bag for shopping. Why not upgrade from the standard fabric bags to am ever lasting leather tote. In this class you will learn how to make a leather tote bag starting from a full piece of hide. You will select your leather burnish the cut edges, install the hardware and saddle stitch the bag by hand. This class is covered in 1 day.
All tools and materials will be provided. We encourage students to take the Intro to Leather Working class prior to attending in order to ensure success and completion of this intermediate class. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start time listed here.Who Should Attend:
Grocery shoppers, local fashion enthusiasts, those that despise hoarding of plastic fabric totes.
Leather and hardware will be based on availability of colours and will vary. We aim to provide the highest quality of materials and keep our class sizes small, 4-7.
Leather Basics class completion is recommended for this class.
